A "Catholic adult discipleship group" refers to a small group of adult Catholics who meet regularly to study scripture, pray together, and actively work on deepening their relationship with Jesus Christ, aiming to live their lives more intentionally as followers of Christ, essentially becoming "disciples" through shared reflection and accountability within the group; it's a way to grow in faith beyond just attending Mass by actively applying Christian teachings to daily life.
