Church Councils
Parish Pastoral Council
A Catholic Parish Pastoral Council is a consultative body that advises the pastor and helps the parish community carry out the mission of Jesus Christ. The Council's responsibilities include: Promoting Christian formation: Helping people form a Christian identity and providing the means to do so making decisions: evaluating information to help make decisions that reflect the teachings of the church and the values of the gospel building the parish: Working to make the parish a vibrant Christian community that promotes love, justice, and peace.
The council is made up of a representative body of the parish community, including the pastor, associate pastor, and deacons. The council is guided by the teachings, laws, and recommendations of the local diocesan church and the universal church.
The Code of Canon Law states that parish councils are consultative, not decision-making, bodies. The pastor is responsible for the final decisions, but the council advises and assists them.

Finance Council
A Catholic Church Parish Finance Council is a group of faithful Christians who advise the pastor on the parish's financial matters. The council's responsibilities include:
- Budgeting: Assisting the pastor in creating a yearly budget for the parish's income and expenses
- Financial Reporting: Preparing the annual financial report for the parish and reviewing income and expense reports at least twice a year
- Internal Controls: Reviewing the parish's compliance with internal controls twice a year
- Diocesan Policies: Ensuring that all Diocesan financial policies are implemented
- Parish Inventory: Developing an inventory of the parish's movable and immovable goods
- Financial Business: Providing the pastor with the council's opinion on important financial matters
Accounting to the faithful: Accounting to the faithful for the goods they give to the parish The 1983 Code of Canon Law requires the creation of a parish finance council.

Stewardship Council
A Stewardship Council is a lay leadership group in the Catholic Church that works with the pastor and other parish members to help achieve the parish's goals. Stewardship is a concept that's rooted in scripture and refers to the idea that people are stewards or managers of their lives, and that everything they have is a gift from God.

The Parish Planning and Building Team is responsible for the maintenance of the facilities to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Preschool Board
The Board is established by the principal with the approval of the pastor, in accord with Diocesan policy, to assist the pastor in the governance of the Preschool. The Preschool Board serves as a consultative body, rather than a deliberative or legislative body. The Preschool Board shall primarily assist the pastor and principal in setting the vision and goals of the Parish School.
